Refund policy

I hope that you love your Busy Head goodies but if there are any issues please don't hesitate to reach out to hello@busyhead.com.au.

As a general rule returns or exchanges will be accepted within 14 calendar days from date of purchase. Please note, shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping will be at your own expense. To be eligible for a return, you must meet the following criteria:

• The item/s must be unused and in the same condition that it was purchased in
• Item/s must be in original packaging with any tags and/or labels still attached
• The item/s will need to be returned to be considered for a refund

Faulty products returned within 30 days will be replaced or repaired where possible, if not a full refund will be given.

Returns Procedure
To return your purchase please follow this procedure:

• Contact hello@busyhead.com.au to communicate that you would like to return your purchase
• Return the item/s via the post using your own packaging. The shipping address will be provided once contact has been initiated via hello@busyhead.com.au.
